• Do you provide design services?

We provide design services for dental offices who want to use their own printing or milling equipment for crown & bridge, night guards, and dentures. Please call to discuss your design software so we can make sure we get the correct file type to you. 

• Can we design our own appliance for you to manufacture?

Yes! We can manufacture your design for you at a reduced rate, as it saves us labor cost. Please call to discuss your design software so we can make sure we get the correct file type from you.

• Can you repair dentures you didn’t make?

It depends on the repair and whether or not it is more cost effective to repair or remake the appliance. If it is a complex repair, please email pictures of the appliance so we can verify if we can do it. 

• Can you reline digital dentures?

Our milled dentures can be relined like analog dentures.

• Do you offer denture reline for free if they don’t have retention?

No, please call or email for our reline price.

• Can digital dentures be repaired?

Our milled dentures can be repaired or remilled if it was made within 5 years.

• How many try-in appointments are included with milled dentures?

Each try-in appointment is charged separately at $45.00. This way, you can customize your number of try-in appointment preferences to each case. 

• Do you offer partial dentures?

Yes, we offer milled flexible partials and milled metal framework partials. Milled flexible partials, like our other appliances, have a 4 business day turn around (with 2 business day shipping). Please allow a 10 business day turn around (with 2 business day shipping) for Milled Metal framework partials.

• How do we send digital scans?

• Do you accept impressions & Models or just digital scans?

We accept both. If you would like to send a physical case, please email support@hatchdentallab.com so we can send you a return shipping label.

• How long do you save design files for?

5 years  

• 3D Printed Night Guard: MOST POPULAR OPTION

Our 3D printed night guards offer durable protection against bruxism with a comfortable wear. The material used is called KeySplint Soft, but they are not soft and chewy like a rubbery night guard. They have enough flex to get over the undercuts and hold themselves in place, but are strong against bruxism.

• Milled Night Guard:

Our clear PMMA night guards are hard and do not flex or give. They are indicated for patients with severe bruxism

• How do you design night guards?

We design them using 3Shape software. Our standard maxillary night guard is designed with balanced occlusion on the posteriors and an anterior guidance ramp. For a mandibular night guard, we design them in bilateral balanced occlusion. We have a minimum thickness of 1.6mm in the posterior.

• How do we pay our bill?

We will email you a monthly statement. You can pay with a check or credit card. Please call if you would like to set up autopay.

• Do you charge additional fees if we pay by credit card?

No

• Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 6-month warranty on all our appliances, excluding flippers. This covers manufacturer defects. If the appliance is lost or broken due to pets, dropping, or other outside forces, it is not covered under warranty.

• How long until I get my case back?

We ask for 4 business days to fabricate (including the day we receive your case before 2:00 PM Mountain Time) + 2 day shipping. Most offices plan to schedule their patients back in one week. If we receive the case Monday, we will ship - 2 day shipping - on Thursday and you will receive it back on Monday. OR if it is received after 2:00 PM on Monday, it will ship - 2 day shipping - by Friday and you will receive it back on Tuesday.

• How much is shipping for standard cases?

$8 (2 day shipping)

• Do you offer rush cases?

If you need something same or next day, please call (rush cases only be guaranteed if we verify it can be done in the time frame requested). 

• Do you charge a rush fee?

If you need something the same or next day, please call (rush cases only be guaranteed if we verify it can be done in the time frame requested). There is a $49 charge for each rush case. 

• How much is shipping for rush cases?

In addition to the rush fee, there is a shipping charge for next day air. This is determined by the shipping company, and we can let you know prior to ordering what the cost will be.
